The victory is Ford’s third straight in Cup Series action. -
Logano’s teammate Ryan Blaney helped push him to the win and finished third, while Austin Cindric was 10th. -
Ford swept all three stages, all by Team Penske, as Blaney took Stage 1 and Cindric won Stage 2. -
The Round of 16 in the NASCAR Cup Series Playoffs continues Sunday at Watkins Glen International in New York. -
The No. 61 Academy Motorsport Mustang GT4 of Erik Evans and Marco Signoretti earned a Silver Cup class victory in the SRO British GT Championship at Donington Park in England, after starting from sixth position. -
The No. 62 of Matt Nicoll-Jones and William Moore qualified fifth, however finished 26 laps down in the 72-lap race. -
Evans and Signoretti rank third in the GT4 Silver Cup Championship heading into the final event, with Nicoll-Jones and Moore 11th. -
The British GT Championship will hold its finale Sept. 28-29 at Brands Hatch in England. -
Lawless Alan, driving the No. 15 Ford Mustang Dark Horse for AM Racing, led Ford with a 13th-place finish in the NASCAR Xfinity Series in Atlanta. -
Cole Custer, Riley Herbst, and Ryan Sieg were all in the top 10 with 18 laps remaining but were collected in a multi-car accident that ended their chances of winning. -
Herbst was able to continue and finished 26th, while Custer finished 31st and Sieg 32nd. -
With two races left in the regular season, Custer and Herbst have clinched playoff berths, while Sieg is 44 points out of the final spot. -
The Xfinity Series returns Saturday at Watkins Glen International for the Mission 200 at The Glen. -
Donny Schatz started and finished 10th in the Stockton Showdown feature at Stockton Dirt Track in California in the World of Outlaws series. -
He finished 12th at Keller Auto Speedway at Kings Fairgrounds, also located in California. -
The World of Outlaws series returns to California this weekend, with stops at Bakersfield and Merced Speedway Friday and Saturday. -
Adrien Fourmaux claimed his second powerstage victory of the season in the FIA World Rally Championship in Greece, while his Ford teammate Jourdan Serderidis was the top-finishing Ford in 14th overall. -
Gregorie Munster suffered roll cage damage in an accident in SS9, which required retirement for the Puma Rally1. -
Prior to a vehicle issue during SS4, Fourmaux was running second overall. -
Three rallies remain in the WRC schedule, with Rally Chile Bio Bio up next, Sept. 26-29.
